Chocolate Dipped Pretzels

Chocolate Dipped Pretzels
Ingredients
1 bag of chocolate chips
2-3 cups pretzel sticks
ΒΌ cup chopped hazelnuts
1 tablespoon ancho-chili pepper
1 tablespoon of sea salt
Directions
Place a metal bowl over a pot of boiling water. Add the chocolate chips and stir constantly until the chocolate is melted and smooth. Remove from heat and make sure not to let the water touch the chocolate.
Working quickly, dip the pretzels into the chocolate and place on wax paper. Season with your topping of choice and allow the chocolate to harden on the counter for about 2 hours, you can put them in the freezer if you need to speed up the process.
